10. Sub-committee or task force:

(1) The committee may form a sub-committee or task force as needed to carry out the work it has to do in accordance with this order.

(2) Formation according to subsection (1) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the sub-committees or working groups will be as prescribed by the committee.
